500 Errors when Writing to the Database on PyPI

We've cleared out the uncleaned files are fixing the clean up script so that it no longer errors.

Identified

The cleanup script on the database server has been failing to clean up files and has filled the disk of the primary database server. We are purging the files and fixing the cleanup script.

Investigating

There are reports of 500 errors occurring when uploading to PyPI, the cause is currently unknown.
