bugs.python.org was unavailable from 10:45 UTC until 13:15 UTC due to a misconfiguration of its firewall. This was due to an error while migrating it's configuration management server to a new host. During the outage HTTP and HTTPS connections as well as inbound mail to bugs.python.org, bugs.jython.org, and issues.roundup-tracker.org were not accepted.
